Before & After
July 15, 2008 Life Journal No CommentsSince Amy mentioned it, I thought I would do it for her.
What’s on your desk?
June 28, 2008 Uncategorized No CommentsWe had quite the eventful day at the office today. We had the ambassador cheetah from Wildlife Safari in our office today. Amy brought the kids in, other folks from the office had their kids there too. She is such a beautiful cat and LOUD! We could hear her purring as they walked down the hall to the conference room. This picture shows Taini on our conference room table.
Gone Fishin’
May 26, 2008 Family No CommentsI decided fishing sounded like a good idea on Sunday, so I took the kids to the Junction City pond for a couple of hours while Amy had some alone time at home. We didn’t catch anything and most of us had a good time. Maddie was ready to leave in the first half hour. Maybe I need to explain to her that it is called “fishing” not “catcing”

Pool Party !!!!!!
May 15, 2008 Family No CommentsSo we decided to do things a little differently this year. We decided to have one BIG birthday party for all three kids instead of three smaller ones. Now, Maddie has resisted this from the get go so we decided that we would also, on their actual birthday (or within a few days) go out to dinner as a family at the restaurant of their choice.
We have rented the big outdoor community pool. At $300 an hour, we thought it was going to be a short party. I had the idea to invite a couple contractor friends to host a company picnic at the same time and share the expense. Well, two agreed and we will be having a three hour pool party, plenty of time to get tuckered out in the pool.
Boy’s Weekend
April 27, 2008 Family No CommentsThis weekend, Amy and the girls went to the coast for a Girl Scout Camporee. That left just Andrew and I to fend for ourselves. Don’t worry, Amy bought plenty of TV dinners to keep us from starving.
I didn’t want Saturday to just pass by with us sitting at the house watching TV and playing on the computer. So I decided to make a plan and get out and do some stuff. First thing, we went to my usual Saturday morning breakfast. After breakfast we stopped by All American Pet to pick up dog and cat food, then swung by one of the guys’ houses to look at some furniture he is getting rid of. We came home and Andrew played on the computer while I mowed the lawn since I didn’t do it on Friday. By that time it was noon so I heated up some yummy microwave mac and cheese. After lunch we headed to Autzen stadium to watch the Ducks in the annual spring game. We stuck around until half-time then decided to head out. From there we went to West 11th Archery to use their shooting range. Andrew shot his bow until about 5:30 at which time we headed to Albertson’s to pick up some hamburger. I didn’t feel like another TV dinner and it was a great sunny day, perfect for a bbq.
We had a great day together, enjoy the pictures.
